Welcome to the Glade Towne Community... |
 The Glade Towne community is located in Walkersville, Maryland and consists of 476 homes; 209 single family homes, 147 town homes and 120 Condominiums. Original developer Frank Rodenheffer started Gladetowne in 1968, and building was completed in the year 1984. The pool was built in 1976 and the Glade Towne office was added on to the pool house in 1995. The Glade Towne Community Association was turned over to the homeowners in 1973, and the Condominium Association, in 1982. Although the Condominium Association is governed by its own Board of Directors, it is also a part of the Glade Towne Community Association.
